On the top floor of a substantial granite building in a quiet square in the centre of Aberdeen lies a yoga centre that has been providing a place for people of all ages to go to quieten the mind and relax the body for over 26 years.

The Aberdeen Yoga centre, 8 Bon Accord Square, was first established by Ian Scorgie back in 1960. Ian sadly died in 2004 at the age of 82, but his yoga legacy to the folk of Aberdeen continues on through the work of all the teachers he has trained in Aberdeen and the North east. Ian was described as the godfather of Northern Scottish yoga and was one of the longest serving revered yoga teachers in Scotland.

We are delighted to extend a warm invitation to you to join any of our classes. All of our dedicated teachers will support you to practice at your level and experience the many benefits of yoga – body, mind and spirit.

Please contact any of the teachers for more detailed information about Yoga and /or our individual style of teaching.
Beginners welcome!
